All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or UPS Ground. Customers may pay additional for expedited or next day delivery.  Call 704-838-6658 for expedited delivery. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.  Customer may request USPS or UPS when ordering by posting a message during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:  All returns require pre-authorization and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.  To request permission for a return, send a message including the reason for the return.  All returned items must be in resell condition.  All returns should be shipped at customer's expense to:

Exceptions:  If a product is received damaged or non-functional, the customer may contact HH Specialty for a full refund and receive a pre-paid mailing label to return the item. 

Exchanges:  Customers may return product(s) for exchange for other product(s) when returned items are in unused and resell condition.  Customer must pay for shipping on returns.
